Take the photo.
It’s already filed.

Choose a work folder before you take the picture. Workk saves the photo straight to iCloud Drive with its name and notes, without sending it through your personal photo library.

A. In the working day

Where Workk
comes in.

For location scouts, continuity teams and anyone recording props, costumes or equipment who needs the pictures organised while the work is happening.

  1. 01

    Choose the folder

Set the destination in the viewfinder. Give each folder a colour and icon so the location, scene or item is easy to recognise before you shoot.

  2. 02

    Capture with context

Take the photo with the system’s camera processing. Add a note, use a naming template or scan an equipment barcode for its reference.

  3. 03

    Use it in the report

Find the files on your Mac through iCloud Drive. Share the images, collect a folder into a ZIP or make a PDF contact sheet with names, dates and notes.

B. The details

A few things
worth getting right.

01

A separate home for work photos

Photos go to the work folder you chose. Your personal library stays out of the workflow, and sorting does not have to wait until the end of the day.

02

Names that mean something

Use folder, date, time and sequence number in file names. Number notes for repeated views of the same item and keep that context in the photo metadata.

03

The folder follows the location

Configure a location to select its folder when you arrive. Location is optional; you can always choose the destination yourself.

04

A contact sheet, ready to share

Turn a folder and its subfolders into a PDF contact sheet, or export the photos and notes as a ZIP for a scout report or continuity handover.
